There was a crisis at the Darrington hardware store. The manager, Fancy, had so much work to do that her Mom and Dad were searching high and low for an assistant. Interviewee after interviewee all were found lacking in talent. Finally, Fancy had the opportunity to interview a guy named Buddy (AKA Little Mister). Buddy was the perfect match to help Fancy in her duties as the manager of the Darrington Hardware store. So Buddy went to live with Fancy and her parents, Toni and Laurence. Toni was especially happy because Fancy had taken a fancy to her Dad, Laurence, so poor Toni did not have her very own Papillon. Now that Buddy has come to live with Fancy's family, Toni has her very own little buddy, Buddy.

Buddy has been with us for 5 days and he is certainly a lot of fun. He comes to the store(Darrington Hardware) every work day, and sleeps thru the day in his bed. When we go home in the afternoon, he and Fancy race and chase. They both had a lot of fun racing around the house last night. Buddy is small enough that he can get under the sofa. So he leaps out at Fancy and then runs back under the sofa. She gets so frustrated that she barks for him to come out. Pretty funny. He also likes to steal her toys. If she is not looking he darts in and takes something and then runs away. He really is very lovable and likes to lay in the chair along side of me when I read or watch TV. Toni
